About DHCTranslations
Certified translations for USCIS filings, US courts, universities and credential evaluators, produced in-house and signed by a named translator.
US Certified Document Specialists & Global Linguistic Network
DHCTranslations is a US translation company. Our in-house team translates documents that have to be accepted by somebody official - USCIS, a court, a university, a licensing board or a credential evaluation service - and returns them signed, dated and ready to submit.
In-House Control
Our translators work in-house and are individual members of CIOL or ITI. They translate into their native language and compare the finished text against the original line by line.
Mandatory Review
Every translation is checked by a second linguist against the original before it is signed and dated. That is our policy, not an optional extra.
Encrypted Security
Files arrive through our secure upload, are stored privately, and are deleted after 90 days unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
ISO 17100-aligned
Our process follows the ISO 17100 framework for translation services, which is why the certificate looks the same whether the document is a birth certificate or a 40-page contract.
Our locations
Six locations: London for the UK, Paris for Europe, New York for the Americas, Tokyo for APAC, Dubai for the Middle East and Beijing for China. The US desk coordinates the filings covered on this site, and every translation is prepared to the standard the receiving body asks for.

Managing federal agency submissions, foreign embassy record verifications, and USCIS-compliant document formatting for clients moving across the Americas.
Checked by a second linguist before it is signed.
Our translators work in-house and are individual members of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (CIOL) or the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI), with CIOL the larger group. Every translation is checked by a second linguist before it is signed, and every certificate carries the translator's name, the date and contact details, so the receiving office can verify it.
