    Certified & Legal Translation Services

Officially Recognized Certified & Legal Translations

Navigating official submissions requires precision, strict regulatory compliance, and documentation the receiving body recognizes. Whether you are filing with USCIS, a US federal or state court, WES or NACES, ECFMG, CGFNS, or a US university, our certified translation services are prepared to the format that authority asks for. We manage a comprehensive portfolio of legal and official documents, ranging from birth and marriage certificates to complex court orders, adoption papers, and criminal record checks.

Every project is handled by qualified human linguists who understand the formatting and the legal nuance each receiving body expects. A US filing rests on the translator's signed certification, and it is included in the price. When rejection is simply not an option, trust an agency built on accuracy, secure handling, and documented compliance.

    Frequently asked questions

DHCTranslations charges from $54 for a single document, with the certified PDF included. Above 400 words a document is priced per word: $0.12 into English, and $0.14 when translating from English into another language. The figure is fixed in the quote before you pay.

Professional translation relies on vetted, native-speaking human translators for the work itself, with translation memory used for consistency rather than for producing text. A second linguist reads every file before the certificate is signed, which is what catches the nuance, the terminology and the formatting that machine output loses.

Total word count, the rarity of the language pair, how much of the file is tabular or designed, and the deadline. A short commercial document confirmed before 4pm ET on a weekday is usually returned the same day; DHCTranslations gives a designed report or a rare language a date in the quote.

Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), PowerPoint (PPTX), HTML, XML, PDF and design files such as InDesign. Deliverables come back fully formatted so tables, headers and numbering match the original, and a scanned page is rebuilt rather than left as an image.

Every file is worked against a glossary of the client's own terms, then read by a second native-speaking editor who checks numbers, names, dates and formatting. A query list goes back to you where the source is ambiguous, rather than a silent guess appearing in the finished document.

Translation converts the text. Localization adapts the whole experience for a market: interface strings, currencies, date formats, imagery and the search terms that market actually types. For a US launch that usually means US English, US date order and US spelling rather than a copy of the source site.

Regulated sectors: legal, financial, medical and technical engineering. Each carries its own vocabulary and its own receiving body, so the translator needs the subject as well as the language, and the certificate has to satisfy the strictest authority in the set.

Files move over encrypted transfer, sit in access-controlled storage and are deleted on request once the order is closed. Every translator and project manager works under a non-disclosure agreement, and medical or legal files are only opened by the linguists assigned to them.

Recurring work is given a named coordinator, a shared glossary and a translation memory, so a term chosen in the first batch is repeated in the tenth. DHCTranslations agrees pricing per batch in writing, and the same translator stays with the account where the language pair allows it.

Send the files to DHCTranslations through the quote form on this page, or by email to [email protected]. Say who receives the translation and the date you need it by, and the price comes back in writing before any work starts.
