UK Pharmacy Registration & OSPAP Compliant

GPhC Certified Translations for International Pharmacists

Relocating to practice pharmacy in Great Britain requires rigorous documentation compliance. The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) international application standards demand precise, professional translation of every pharmacy degree, syllabus record, and professional licence.

Key Document Requirements for GPhC Registration

    • Primary Source Alignment: All pharmacy degrees, academic mark sheets, and syllabus frameworks must match home university records exactly.

    • Certificates of Good Standing: Must include accurate translation of current registration status and issue dates from your national pharmacy board.

    • Character Vetting: Police clearance certificates and background checks require formal signed statements of truth to satisfy fitness to practise evaluations.

    Built for Pharmacy Boards

Every document set is prepared to withstand scrutiny during GPhC comparative and OSPAP assessments.

    • Formal Statement of Accuracy: Signed and dated declarations by professional accredited linguists for GPhC applications.

    • Exact Layout Replication: Institutional stamps, seals and signature blocks mirrored layout-for-layout for GPhC applications.

    • Specialist Pharmaceutical Terminology: Flawless rendering of clinical pharmacy modules, chemistry hours, and board standing records.

Seamless integration with direct GPhC application portals and international qualification guidelines.

Rated 4.9/5 from 314 verified reviews for Home Office applications, court-ready Statements of Truth and UK ENIC submissions.

“The certificate was signed by our village chairman rather than a registrar, and the translation named the village and the authority that issued it.”

    KH

    Khumanthem H.

“The extract and the birth certificate described the same event, and the translator noted that rather than treating them as two separate documents.”

    SJ

    Sigrún J.

“The panchayat certificate spelled our village one way and my passport another, and the translation showed both without deciding which was right.”

    Frequently asked questions

DHCTranslations provides certified translations for General Pharmaceutical Council applications, including pharmacy degrees, transcripts and registration documents, returned with a signed certification page with same-day completion available when the order and cleared payment are confirmed before 4pm on a working day.

Pharmacy degrees, academic transcripts, internship or pre-registration certificates and good standing certificates must be translated if they are not in English, including the award title, institution and dates.

No. The GPhC requires an independent translation with the translator credentials and a signed statement of accuracy. A translation prepared by the applicant, a relative or an employer will be rejected, so the work is done independently.

No. Clear photographs of each side are enough for the GPhC file, including the registration assessment result slip if you hold one. Originals stay with you, and the certified translation is returned as a PDF for the GPhC application.

Yes. Translations are accepted for the Overseas Pharmacists Assessment Programme and the international pharmacist registration route, covering degrees, transcripts and good standing certificates.

Certified pharmacy translations start at £40 per document, with longer transcripts priced from £0.09 per word after 400 words. Notarisation on GPhC applications files, if required, is quoted separately because it depends on the document and notary availability.

Most pharmacy degrees and transcripts can be completed the same day when the order and cleared payment are confirmed before 4pm on a working day, and a same-day service is available when an OSPAP or registration deadline is close. An OSPAP dossier is quoted with a delivery date before payment, because page counts vary widely.

Yes. The award title, institution, grading, seals and signatures are translated and set out in the same order, so the GPhC can compare the translation with the original certificate.

Yes. Pharmacy technician qualifications and transcripts are translated for GPhC registration, using the same certification format and pharmaceutical terminology.

Rarely, and the rule is narrow when it applies. The GPhC accepts standard certified translations. An apostille is required only when a regulator outside the UK requests legalisation, and the FCDO applies it only to a UK-issued document or to our translation once a UK notary has certified it. It is quoted separately.
